Machining

We handle turning, boring, threading, milling and facing on conventional and CNC lathes, VTLs and boring mills. Typical jobs include shafts, flanges, hubs and sleeves where tight tolerances and repeatable geometry are critical.

OD conical and taper grinding

We grind external tapers and conical surfaces to your specified angles and fits for parts such as taper shanks, valve cones and coupling hubs. Accurate grinding and inspection ensure proper seating and load distribution.

OD cylindrical grinding

We provide precision OD grinding of shafts, pins and rolls with surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 μm to improve bearing fits, sealing and wear resistance. Careful setup and inspection ensure accurate size and alignment.

Metal fabrication

We offer cutting, welding, bending and forming for frames, brackets, housings and assemblies. By combining fabrication and machining under one roof, you can source both structural and precision parts from a single partner.

Precision fitting and assembly
