Project execution phases
Our project management ensures that every drying project moves smoothly from idea to implementation. We plan, coordinate and follow up each step so your plant is delivered on time, on budget and to the agreed performance.
Our pilot testing phase makes sure the technology fits your material and performance targets. We run drying tests, collect key operating data and generate product samples so you can see how the solution behaves before full-scale investment.
In the feasibility study, we define project requirements and assess technical and economic viability together with your team. We set key input and output parameters, outline the project scope and provide preliminary CAPEX, OPEX and timelines to support early decisions.
After the feasibility phase, we move into preliminary engineering. We calculate heat and mass balances, estimate structural loads, create initial PFDs and P&IDs and prepare budget-level CAPEX and OPEX for your project.
In the detailed design phase, we turn the concept into a complete, buildable solution. We finalise layouts, drawings and specifications, define key process parameters and secure firm CAPEX and OPEX figures.
Once the design is locked, we move into manufacturing, procurement and delivery. We coordinate suppliers, logistics and installation so the plant is built to specification and ready for commissioning.
In the final phase, we test and commission the plant on site. We verify performance with your actual product, fine-tune operating parameters and train your team before formal handover.
Our work does not stop at handover. We provide long-term support with spare parts, inspections and tailored maintenance plans to keep your plant running reliably and efficiently.
