How our pilot testing process works

Pilot testing in our facilities
Your material is tested in our pilot plants in Sweden, equipped with Siemens S7 PLC and WinCC SCADA control systems for flexible and precise operation. We simulate real-world conditions, adjust key parameters and run multiple test points as needed.

Data, evaluation and next steps
During testing, we monitor key process data and collect dried product and, when relevant, condensate samples for further analysis in your lab or a trusted partner lab. We then review the results with you, discuss optimization options and agree on next steps, such as additional pilot runs, conceptual design or a full-scale project.
