Swedish Exergy AB to deliver a Dryer to Billerud Korsnäs Rockhammar AB

Swedish Exergy AB, Gothenburg, and BillerudKorsnäs Rockhammar AB have signed a contract for delivery and installation of a paper pulp dryer.

The dryer will have an annual capacity corresponding to 150 000 ton dried pulp. The project will run over one and a half year with delivery and installation during spring and summer of 2016.

Start-up is planned for September 2016.

The project is a part of an ongoing increase in production capacity at Rockhammar pulp mill. The existing dryer was installed in 1979 and was the first installation using Swedish Exergy steam drying technology.

Swedish Exergy has extensive experience of delivery and installation of drying plants in Sweden and internationally and we are looking forward to delivering a modern drying plant.
