Swedish Exergy AB to deliver a Dryer to Billerud Korsnäs Rockhammar AB

Swedish Exergy AB, Gothenburg, and BillerudKorsnäs Rockhammar AB have signed a contract for delivery and installation of a paper pulp dryer.
The dryer will have an annual capacity corresponding to 150 000 ton dried pulp. The project will run over one and a half year with delivery and installation during spring and summer of 2016. Start-up is planned for September 2016. The project is a part of an ongoing increase in production capacity at Rockhammar pulp mill. The existing dryer was installed in 1979 and was the first installation using Swedish Exergy steam drying technology.
Swedish Exergy has extensive experience of delivery and installation of drying plants in Sweden and internationally and we are looking forward to delivering a modern drying plant.

Swedish exergy ab became iso certified

Swedish Exergy AB has achieved a major milestone by obtaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, provided by the auditing company Swedac Ackreditering.
These certifications are the world´s most recognized Quality and Environmental management standards and we are proud to announce that our company is now in full compliance.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for the quality management of our business (QMS), and it applies to the processes that create and control our products and services. Our company
obtained ISO 9001:2008 certifications valid for design, engineering, sales, supply, installation, commissioning and service of dryers, evaporators and associated equipment for industrial process plants.
ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management of our business (EMS), and it prescribes and controls those activities that have an impact on the environment. These
include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste, and energy consumption. Our company obtained the ISO 14001:2004 which is the most important standard within the ISO 14000 series.
ISO accreditation means that Swedish Exergy AB quality of services, products and environmental management corresponds to International Standards, and our customers get consistently the best quality.

Swedish childhood cancer foundation

The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to collecting money to prevent and combat cancer diseases in children.
The Childhood Cancer Foundation operates exclusively on the basis of donations from individuals and the private sector, and receives no grants from the national government, the municipalities or the county councils.
The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation works to fight childhood cancer and ensures that affected children, youth and their families receive the care and the support they need. Donations are used for research and education, advice and support, and information.
During Christmas and New year’s 2013 Swedish Exergy AB will replace the intercompany cards & gifts and support the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Relocation of our workshop to India

Exergy Hamacher GmbH is thrilled to announce the successful relocation of our workshop from Bochum, Germany, to a cutting-edge facility in Himachal Pradesh, India. 
We completed the relocation of our workshop over an intense eight-month period, shipping more than 15 containers of equipment. In addition, we managed the transition with multiple team visits. We’re thrilled to announce that our new workshop is now fully operational. Most importantly, we have reassembled all machinery to meet the same high German standards. This ensures that our production quality remains consistent.
Our new facility in Himachal Pradesh mirrors the capabilities of our former German workshop. Consequently, we can continue producing the same high-quality equipment. The transition also ensures that our production standards remain unchanged. Additionally, this facility significantly advances our ability to serve both global and local markets.
We are maintaining our established product lines while also expanding to address the needs of local industries in India. Therefore, allowing us to better serve both our existing and new markets. As a result, the enhanced capabilities of this new facility will provide faster lead times and more efficient production processes, benefiting both our international and regional clients alike. As we embark on this new chapter, we look forward to strengthening our global presence and enhancing our service to local markets.
