Sales person – Industrial solutions & energy efficiency
Do you want to work with sustainable technology that makes a difference? We are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help the industry become more energy efficient and climate smart by helping to create businesses with real impact in the green transition.
About the position
As a sales person at Swedish Exergy AB, you will be an important person in our business development. You are responsible for finding new business opportunities, creating and nurturing relationships with industrial customers and presenting our solutions from a needs- and value-based perspective. Together with our technical team, you will explore customer needs and actively contribute to shaping solutions that make a difference. The role offers an international touch with both national and global contacts, which also involves some business travel.
Main tasks:
- Process new markets, find potential customers, book & conduct customer meetings and follow up on prospects/leads/quotes
- Contribute to long-term customer relationships
- Present our solutions in a business-like and customer-oriented way where both cost-benefit and sustainability focus are highlighted
- Work closely with our technology and project team to create relevant offers
- Participate in trade fairs, networks and industry events
As a salesperson at Swedish Exergy, you will work closely with the CEO, marketing manager and sales- & marketing coordinator to jointly develop and manage the company’s sales. You will report directly to the CEO.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales person with a proven track record of success, preferably in the technical industry, energy or construction sectors. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is pro-active, works well in a team, shows initiative and has a structured work methodology. The ability to establish new contacts and develop long-term relationships is essential, as is a strong sensitivity to the needs of the customer and the environment. The position requires a problem-solving attitude, good collaboration skills and the ability to build trust at all levels. A strong customer focus and the ability to independently and structuredly conduct one’s work are essential to succeed in this role.
Your qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with a focus on industry, technology, energy or equivalent work experience.
- A few years of experience in B2B sales – preferably towards technical industry, energy or construction
- Good communication skills – you are confident in meeting decision-makers
- Interest in technology, environment and business
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
- B driving license and the ability to travel

Process engineer
We are now looking for a quality-conscious and innovative Process engineer who wants to be involved and contribute to a more sustainable future!
About the job
As a Processing owner, you will face assignments challenging your creativity and technical competence. You will be involved in the entire project process, from start to implementation and completion, to ensure environmentally friendly drying facilities of high quality. You collaborate closely with your colleagues in the respective project group, who also will assist you with their expertise and guidance. For the right person, there will be an opportunity to develop their role and areas of responsibility.
Examples of ongoing tasks:
- Put drying facilities into operation
- Process calculations of, for example, flow, pressure drop, heat, and mass balance.
- Draw flow charts & dimension equipment.
- Draw P&ID with lists
- Contact with subcontractors
- Contact with customers in technical matters
- Attend customer meetings
As a process engineer at Swedish Exergy, you will work closely with process team leaders and the internal project team to jointly develop and manage the company’s projects and services.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with entire processes in project form. You enjoy traveling to site for commissioning and/or customer meetings. You are responsible and have good cooperation and problem-solving skills. You are meticulous and quality-conscious. The work involves site work and regular meetings with customers and suppliers, so you must have an aptitude and enjoy presenting and arguing for your solutions in front of colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Your qualifications:
- You have a civil/university degree in chemical/mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education.
- We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience with similar tasks.
- You master AutoCAD for PFD, P&ID drawing, and Excel for calculations.
- When starting up our facilities, you must be prepared to travel internationally, primarily as a commissioning engineer.
- You are comfortable working on site.
